Have you ever had a database that is forced into having a consistency check yet the consistency check fails for some reason? The obvious answer to this issue is to restore from back-up are use an alternative replica. However, if that is not possible, there is still some hope. The flags that force a consistency check can be manipulated fairly easily. We have written a little Java program to allow you to modify them to avoid a consistency check. Obviously, this doesn't resolve the underlying issue and our suggestion is to use from back-up or an alternative replica. If you really have to use this tool, we suggest you make an O/S copy, get what you need/can out, then delete the file.

FIXUPFLAG can be downloaded HERE

Do you have a suggestion for a Notes/Domino tool that might be of use to others? Let us know and we will see.
